Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any products.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement for the same item at no extra cost. We will email you a return parcel slip where you can post back the item. After receiving your item we will send out your replacement as soon as possible for a speedy exchange.
